Rental Policies & Deposits

  • Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.

  • Final Payment: Due 1 month before your event.

  • Damage Deposit: $275, refunded after inspection.

  • Cleanup: Tables, chairs, and decorations must be removed; trash bagged and disposed of by 10pm on event day.
