A Vision Rooted in Community
At the Lumberyard Arts Center, our mission is to enhance community well-being through creative experiences. Our vision is to be the home of multidisciplinary arts and innovation in Baldwin City, Kansas — a place where everyone belongs.
The last four years have brought tremendous growth: the hire of a full-time director, tripling of membership, the launch of a live music program, and the re-emergence of community theatre. Now, we’re looking to the future.
